Indian wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant posted a cryptic story on Instagram. He shared a quote related to friendship, which suggested that his relationship with someone is not as same as it used to be.
This, however, is not been the first time Rishabh Pant has posted something on social media like this. The keeper-batter has been consistently posting quotes like these and has targeted someone.
On Saturday (25th November), Rishabh Pant posted “No more forcing friendships or relationships. Either it flows or it goes.”
Here’s Rishabh Pant’s story:
The keeper-batter didn’t tag someone or mention any name in his story. Therefore it’s unclear to say who he’s referring to. But his stories over the last few months have raised quite a few eyebrows and have made many speculate about whom is he referring to.
Rishabh Pant likely to return to cricketing action through the Test series against England in 2024
Rishabh Pant has been out of cricketing action since December 2022. The keeper-batter faced a life-threatening accident and was hospitalized for months. He faced multiple injuries and underwent knee surgery as well. The keeper-batter since then has missed a lot of cricket and his absence has been quite evident as well.
Pant missed IPL 2023 and also didn’t feature in the ICC World Test Championship Final for India. To worsen the case more, he was ruled out of the Asia Cup 2023 and ICC World Cup 2023.
After his surgery, Rishabh Pant has been toiling hard at the NCA. The keeper-batter has shown great signs of progression and has even surprised BCCI officials as well with his recovery process. He also has resumed batting and wicketkeeping in the nets and there have been reports that he will be back in action during the 2024 Test series against England. The keeper-batter recently took part in some practice games as well. His presence will be a massive boost for the team.
Recently, Sourav Ganguly said that Pant will be available in the IPL 2024.
“Rishabh Pant is in good shape. He will play from next season. He will not practice now. He is here till 11th November. We had a discussion about the team with Pant as he is the captain of the team, considering the upcoming auctions,” Sourav Ganguly told India Today in Kolkata.
