Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali is a part of the national team squad that has been picked for the two-match Test series against Australia. The team is fresh from its World Cup knockout and is looking to come back strong.
Pakistan will take on Australia in a three-match Test series with the first Test to be played from December 14-18 in Perth. The second Test will be played at MCG from December 26-30 followed by the third Test in SCG from January 3-7.
Meanwhile, Hasan Ali had a few tricks up his sleeves at the training session with the national team. The team has hit the ground running as it is preparing for the upcoming Test series. Hasan Ali in between the training got involved in a wrestling match with the Pakistan team masseur Malang Ali. He pinned down Ali much to the amusement of the likes of Babar Azam and Shaheen Afridi who watched the action unfold from the sidelines.

The PCB overhauled the entire management and the support staff. They made changes to their leadership after Babar Azam stepped down as the skipper of the team after enduring a forgetful World Cup campaign. Pakistan’s loss to Afghanistan was one of their lowest points in the tournament.
Former pacer Wahad Riaz was named the new PCB Chief while former skipper Mohammad Hafeez became the new Team Director. Shan Masood was named the new captain for the Test side while Shaheen Afridi was named the captain of the T20I side.
“The squad has been assembled keeping in mind the challenging Australian conditions. We have kept the pitches in mind and added more pace bowling resources to the team to ensure that the management can be flexible with the team combinations in all three Test matches,” Chief Selector Wahab Riaz said on the squad selected for the Test series against Australia.
“We hope that the team can carry this momentum ahead in Australia as well. We have tried to ensure that the team has all relevant resources to find success in Australia,” Riaz further said.
